Terms and Conditions

1-CHECK-IN. Except in special need of our guests, delivery rooms is scheduled between 16:00 and 21:00. In our structure there is not a reception, therefore, the 'estimated time of arrival must be communicated within MANDATORY H 12:00 on the day before arrival. Arrivals after 21:00, if not communicated and agreed upon previously, an extra charge of EUR 20.00.

The lack of such communication can not be cause for complaint or for reimbursement in the event of waiting. Upon arrival each guest must deliver to the holders a valid identity document to the records provided by law. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a violation of the norms of the Criminal Code and authorizes us to call for the immediate abandonment of the structure. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.

2-CHECK-OUT. The room must be returned by 11:00 am of the departure date, unless special arrangements to be taken at time of booking.

3- change of linen (sheets and towels) and cleaning is carried out after 3 days; linen change before the third day an additional charge of EUR 5.00; towel change before the three days an additional charge of € 5,00.

4- At any time, in and around the structure must be avoided behaviors, activities, games, sounds and using equipment that may disturb other people. Please also respect the silence during the sleeping hours (roughly 23.00 / 08:00) .To ensure a quiet stay the structure Manager is authorized to expel those who break the rules of the Regulation.

5- Who causes damage to the structure or to objects in the rooms, lost or damaged keys, will have to pay a penalty calculated according to the extent of the damage and will be charged on the cost of living.

6- The management declines all responsibility in case of theft or damage of objects left unattended in rooms.
